SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We ship to all provinces within South Africa. 

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally. 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking will be active within 24 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages Bodhi Native is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.

Returns Due to Failed Delivery If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
