We want every purchase you make with Bodhi Native to be a joyful one. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Returns and Refunds Policy is here to help. It outlines the conditions under which products can be returned, how to request a refund or replacement, and the steps we’ll take to ensure your concerns are addressed promptly and fairly. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
1. Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned within 7 calendar days of delivery, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Hygiene Notice: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
2. Defective or Damaged Goods If you receive a defective or damaged item:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing bodhinative@outlook.com.
- Include photographs and description of the issue.
- We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost.
3. Return Process Contact us at bodhinative@outlook.com with your
proof of purchase. Await return instructions before sending anything back. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.
4. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once we inspect your return, your refund (excluding shipping fees) will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or EFT
- Sale items (if applicable) Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bodhinative@outlook.com .
- Gifts (if applicable) If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
